At cammzo.com, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple — including via online forms and for international customers.
🕒 1. Return timeframe & conditions:
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused and undamaged
- it’s in the original packaging with all tags
- you have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
📝 2. How to submit a return:
You can return an item in two ways:
A. Via online form:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges page
- Fill out the form with your order number, email, and reason
- We’ll contact you within 1–2 business days
B. By email:
- Email us at support@cammzo.com with your order number and reason
- We’ll provide return instructions
🌍 3. International returns:
For customers outside the domestic shipping zone:
- We accept international returns, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the error was ours)
- Processing may take up to 15 business days
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
⚠️ 4. Product categories & exclusions:
Eligible for return:
- Clothing, accessories, and mass-produced items
Not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened electronic items
- Gift cards or digital codes
- Used or damaged goods
💳 5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Timing: 7–10 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed
🚚 6. Return shipping:
- If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs
