At cammzo.com, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple — including via online forms and for international customers.


🕒 1. Return timeframe & conditions:

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused and undamaged
  • it’s in the original packaging with all tags
  • you have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

📝 2. How to submit a return:

You can return an item in two ways:

A. Via online form:

  • Visit our Returns & Exchanges page
  • Fill out the form with your order number, email, and reason
  • We’ll contact you within 1–2 business days

B. By email:

  • Email us at support@cammzo.com with your order number and reason
  • We’ll provide return instructions

🌍 3. International returns:

For customers outside the domestic shipping zone:

  • We accept international returns, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the error was ours)
  • Processing may take up to 15 business days
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

⚠️ 4. Product categories & exclusions:

Eligible for return:

  • Clothing, accessories, and mass-produced items

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened electronic items
  • Gift cards or digital codes
  • Used or damaged goods

💳 5. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Timing: 7–10 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed

🚚 6. Return shipping:

  • If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping
  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs
