π 1. Return & Exchange Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original tags and labels are intact
- You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
π« 2. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or without original packaging
- Discounted "final sale" items (if stated at checkout)
π 3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
You can submit a request in one of the following ways:
A. Online Form:
- Go to our Returns & Exchanges page
- Fill out the request form with order number and reason
- Weβll respond within 1β2 business days
B. Email:
- Contact us at support@cammzo.com
- Include your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return/exchange
π 4. International Returns & Exchanges:
We accept international returns and exchanges. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the error is on our end)
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Processing may take up to 15 business days
π° 5. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
π 6. Exchange Process:
- If the requested replacement is available, it will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item
- If not, we will offer a refund or store credit
- Exchanges follow the same timeline as refunds
π 7. Return Shipping Responsibility:
- If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost
